Sembla que la independència judicial no és equivalent a independència de Catalunya. Un que vulgui ser independent no pot ser jutjat per un altre organisme independent sinó per la voluntat popular. I la voluntat popular no vol ser escoltada per qui té actualment el poder.
La independència, el fet d’anar sols, diuen els jutges que en tenen. Però només està en mans d’uns pocs i no de la majoria. Una majoria que, en el cas de les passades eleccions que hi va haver, van ser tunejats el resultats a favor de l’estat espanyol. Segons el meu parer. Encara que diguin que hi ha tots els controls. També la independència judicial queda amb dubte.
Un altra cosa que es pot pensar és que l’estat espanyol hi té més a perdre que ha de guanyar, quan siguem independents. Un dels motors grossos d’Espanya es Catalunya, però en tenen d’altres. Hauran de fer les coses d’una altra manera. El fet de torejar els deutes que tenen amb Catalunya no ho poden arreglar fent estocada amb una sentència.
A l’exterior
Organismes internacionals hi haurien de dir alguna cosa a favor de la independència de Catalunya. O podria ser que dirigeixin en contra Catalunya tal com dirigeixen els assumptes econòmics d’Espanya si tenen alguna cosa econòmica a perdre. La sentència dels presos polítics no és una sentència ni política, ni judicial és econòmica. Una àrea com Catalunya de les més dinàmiques d’Europa i del món, es mereix més importància que la que li volen donar.
Que l’esforç i enginy del treball de tots els catalans sigui compensada amb què ens deixin fer les coses a la nostra manera. Fora d’Espanya.
La sentència dels presos polítics demostra que no hi ha estat de dret. Perquè són lleis dels capricis d’uns pocs i no de la voluntat de la gent.
